2 Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail to [email protected].
3 Delivery
Our normal delivery times are weekdays and Saturdays.
Delivery does not take place on Sundays with the exception of special holidays, such as Mother's Day
4 Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5 Right of withdrawal
Do you regret your order? Call us as soon as possible during our opening hours, which are 10-18 weekdays, so that we can cancel your order. No later than 24 hours before for regular flower delivery and 48 hours before for funerals. If you have not notified us of the cancellation, you will be charged.
6 Complaints and complaints
We choose our flowers carefully before sending them to the recipient. Should they still not be satisfied when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge by replacing it with a new, or equivalent, flower.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. But no later than 24 hours after receipt. Picture must always be attached to the email.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to [email protected] where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we fail to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
7 Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
If the recipient of the flowers is not at home, the flowers are left outside the recipient's door. Not outside an apartment building but inside the stairwell if it is an apartment, otherwise outside the front door of rash houses and villas. After the flowers are left, a picture is taken and our responsibility ceases to apply when the flowers are delivered.
You as the sender are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is at home and / or is warned that the flowers are coming. If he can not be at home, it is possible to order delivery to the person's workplace.
8 Product information
We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
The flowers shown in the pictures are usually knocked out and may therefore look smaller when they are delivered to you or the recipient because we want the flowers to last as long as possible, they are usually delivered in bud form and will bloom eventually.
